Staff Profiles:

George Kuefner, M.D. is Board Certified by the American Board of Plebology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is credentialed both as a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI) and a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers .  Dr. Kuefner is a graduate of the University of Iliinois College of Medicine.  With over ywenty years experience  exclusivly diagnosing and treating vein related disorders combined with his experience in performing Endovenous Laser Ablation treatments, ultrasound guided procedures and sclerotheropy treatments, Dr. Kuefner qualifies as one of the most experience Board Certified Phlebologists in the United States.  Dr. Kuefner is a member  of the American College of Phlebology, the Chicago Medical Society, the Illinois State Medical Society and the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.

Lynn Tunis, R.N. is a graduate of the Morton College School of Nursing and has limited her specialty to Phlebology for over twenty years.  She has assisted thousands of vein related procedures and is proficient in all aspects related to the assessment and treatment of patients with vein disorders.  Lynn is a member of the American College of Phlebology.

Cheri Sheehy is our front office manager, patient liaison and insurance advocate.  Her experience is in valuable in assisting patients throughout the treatment process.  Cheri will likely be the first person you will meet when call our office.  Her efforts are equally appreciated by our staff and patients alike.
